Mary Gamble, MBA, CPA, CGA, CBV, FCCA (UK) – Principal

Mary Gamble has over 20 years of accounting and financial experience in private and public sector companies. Mary started her accounting career in one of the Big 4 international accounting firms. She has a diverse industry background and extensive advisory experience that she gained from her previous positions in venture capital, private equity, banking, and public practice industries

Mary possesses invaluable insights and strong business acumen skills. She has reviewed hundreds of business plans and has assisted companies in managing their business, cash flow, and financial forecasting. Mary’s past experience includes working as a Chief Financial Officer in a public company listed in the TSX Venture Exchange.

Mary has helped many transactions that required her expertise in business valuations. She provides business valuations for investment, mergers and acquisitions, succession and estate planning, matrimonial settlements, shareholder disputes, and immigration - BC PNP. She has qualified as an expert witness and given testimony related to valuation matters in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Canada. Mary also has experience in the examination for discovery and arbitration process for shareholder disputes.

She is a member of Certified General Accountants (CGA) Association of Canada in British Columbia and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV). Mary is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree (major in Applied Mathematics) both from the University of Manitoba.

She was a board member of ACCA Canada from 2001 to 2007. Currently, Mary is a board member of a local manufacturing wholesale company in Vancouver and a member of Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Mary is fluent in English, Cantonese, and has working proficiency of Mandarin.
